I really wanted this to work, but after using it twice my hair still felt dry. I reached out hoping there might be some kind of help or solution, but it felt like I just got hit with the usual policy excuse, which was frustrating. Overall, it just wasn’t moisturizing enough for me

I placed my order and paid right away, but then it just sat there and sat there. The tracking barely updated, which made it even more frustrating, and the package ended up showing up late. i don’t think I’ll order from them again.

I’ve used Miss Jessie’s a handful of times now, and I have to say, it does seem to help with my frizz, especially when it’s humid out. My curls look a little more controlled and not quite as puffy. I did have to play around with the amount because using too much made my hair feel a bit heavy, but once I figured that out, it worked well. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’ve ordered from missjessies.com a few times now, the products have been reliable for my curls. Like, they do what they say they’re going to do. Shipping was normal, nothing leaked or showed up damaged, so no complaints there.

The only thing is... some of the creams can feel a little heavy if I’m not careful. If I use even a bit too much, by day 2 or 3 I start noticing buildup near my roots, and then I’m kind of forced to wash my hair sooner than I wanted to.
That said, I’d still give it 4 stars because when I use a small amount, my hair looks really soft and defined. I just wish the formula felt a little lighter, because otherwise it’s a solid product.

I had a small issue with my order, something that felt avoidable, so I emailed them about it. They got back to me quickly and fixed it without turning it into a whole hassle. The person I spoke with was actually nice too, not that copy-paste rude kind of response. I really appreciated that...

It looked fine when I first put it on, or actually, it looked good at first. But by lunchtime the hold was basically gone, so I was disappointed...

I’ve liked a few Miss Jessie’s products before, so I wanted to give this one a try, but the scent is a little much for me. It’s not bad or anything, just kind of sweet and stronger than I expected, and it really sticks around in my hair longer than I’d like. The product itself works fine, I just wish the smell was lighter or maybe faded a bit faster...

So... this actually made my curls look really nice and more defined than they usually do. The only thing is it felt a little sticky, but overall I liked how my hair turned out...

I tried these and they worked fine, but the price felt a little high for the amount you get. I was expecting the size to be a bit bigger for what I paid. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d be curious if other people feel like it’s worth the cost because I’m not totally convinced.

I really wanted to like Miss Jessie's. It just did not work for my hair. I have fine 2c/3a curls. Most of what I tried felt too heavy. My hair looked flat by the next day.

The scent was nice. It did help my curls form a bit. But I got buildup fast. I think it may be better for thicker curls. Just not for mine.

A lot of curl products make my scalp itchy, so I usually end up avoiding them. This one didn’t bother me at all, which was a nice surprise. My curls got what they needed, and my scalp stayed calm...
